WE MANUFACTURE SPORTSWEAR.FITNESS WEAR.COMBAT WEAR.MOTO WEAR.BAGS.ACCESSORIES.WORKWEAR.
Match kits, training wear and travel apparel across 22 disciplines, printed panel by panel before a single seam is closed.Private label gym ranges built the way established brands build them: bonded seams, squat proof knits, your labels from order one.Competition apparel engineered at the stress points, because fight wear fails at the seams long before it fails at the fabric.Leather and textile riding gear patterned around CE armour and cut for the position a rider actually holds on the bike.Team duffels, squad backpacks and drawstring sacks cut on the same floor as the garments, so one colour approval covers the whole programme.Caps, knitted socks, wristbands and sport gloves, decorated in house and colour matched to the kit they travel with.Staff clothing built for a working week rather than a season, embroidered with your mark and graded to your own size chart.

Four kinds of buyer, four different conversations.
A club buying forty shirts and a distributor buying four thousand need different things from a factory. We quote both, but we do not pretend the process is identical.
Clubs, schools and academies
Full kit programmes with player names and numbers, junior through senior grading, and mid season top ups that ship without hitting the minimum again.
Low MOQ, counted per designApparel brands and startups
OEM and private label production under your own mark. Your woven labels, your hang tags, your polybags and cartons. Nothing ships carrying our name.
Tech pack or sketch, both workDistributors and wholesalers
Repeat programmes against a fixed specification, with your artwork, pattern grade and Pantone references held on file so run two matches run one.
Air and sea freightGyms, boxes and fight teams
Member ranges and staff kit produced together, so the coach polo, the member tee and the competition set all read as one brand.

Your artwork is printed into the fibre before a single seam is closed, so the graphic wears out the same day the garment does.
How we build itFrom your sketch to a sealed carton.
Brief the kit
Send a sketch, a competitor link or a photo of last season. You get fabric options, a price per piece and a real lead time.
Artwork and tech pack
Our design team turns the idea into a print ready tech pack with panel maps, Pantone references and placement measurements.
Pattern and cutting
Graded patterns are plotted for your exact size run, then laid and cut so panel prints line up across every seam.
Sample approval
You hold a physical sample before bulk starts. Two revisions are included and samples ship worldwide.
Bulk production
Sublimation, cutting, stitching and finishing all run under this roof, so nothing waits in another factory queue.
Inspection and dispatch
Every piece is measured, checked for print defects and poly bagged, then shipped by air or sea with tracking.
Pieces buyers reorder.
See the rangeEverything a kit needs, on one floor.
Dye sublimation
Two 1.9 metre calender lines print the dye straight into the fibre, so the graphic cannot crack, peel or wash out. Panels are printed flat and cut afterwards, which is why our prints line up across seams.
Cut and sew
Flatlock, overlock, coverstitch and bar tack stations sit side by side, so a garment never leaves the floor halfway through its build.
Embroidery and badges
Crests, 3D puff, metallic thread and silicone badges, up to fifteen colours on a single mark.
Private label
Woven neck labels, care tags, hang tags and branded polybags, all produced in house.
Quality control
Inline checks at cutting and stitching, then a final measured audit against your tech pack before anything is folded and packed. Defect photos are shared with you before the carton is sealed, not after it lands.
We manufacture your brand, not ours.
Every piece on this site is made to order under your own label. There is no Rexzee branding on the garment, the packaging or the carton unless you specifically ask for it, and your artwork, patterns and colour references stay on file so a reorder two seasons later comes out of the same specification.
Branding methods on the floor
Send the brief
A tech pack, a sketch, a competitor link or a photo of last season. All four are enough for us to quote.
Quote and mock up
Fabric options, a unit price against your quantity and a real lead time, usually inside one working day.
Approve a sample
A physical sample ships to you before bulk starts. Two revisions are included in the price.
Questions buyers ask first.
If yours is not here, message the factory directly and you will get a person, not a form response.
What is the minimum order?
Minimums are low here, and teamwear carries none at all. Cut and sewn fitness and combat sit a little higher, and knitted accessories such as socks and caps higher again because the machine has to be set up per colourway. Mixed sizes inside one design all count together.
How long does an order take?
A pre production sample takes 7 to 10 days. Bulk runs 12 to 20 days after you approve that sample. Air freight adds 4 to 7 days, sea freight 25 to 35.
Do you make our own brand label?
Yes. Woven neck labels, care labels, hang tags, printed polybags and custom cartons are all made in house. Nothing ships with a Rexzee label unless you ask for it.
Can you match our exact colours?
Send Pantone TCX or TPX references and we match on fabric, not on screen. If you only have artwork we send a printed colour strike off for approval before bulk starts.
What payment terms do you work on?
Standard terms are 50 percent to start production and 50 percent against the shipping documents. Bank transfer, Wise and Western Union are all accepted.
Send the sketch. Get a real price.
Tell us the garment, the quantity and the deadline. You get fabric options, a unit price and a lead time inside one working day.
